Ministry Event Request Form

If you are interested in using the grounds or facilities of First Baptist Killen, please complete the form below. All event requests will be reviewed and approved/denied by the FBK Staff and any related ministry teams. A printed copy may be submitted to the church office or a digital copy emailed to Lenette McClelland. After submitting a request, a staff member will contact you with any questions and to update you on the status of your request.
